Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes couples are unable to attend the retreat for which you have registered. Here are the terms of our refund policy.

  • Please notify us as early as possible.
  • If you notify us 30 days in advance, we may charge a small processing fee.  
  • If you notify us less than 14 days in advance, then we may be able to offer a refund of up to $75. 
  • If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Reschedule Policy

Sometimes plans need to be changed. While we strongly encourage you to put your Catholic Engaged Encounter retreat on your schedule as soon as you register, we know that some things are out of your control. Here are the terms for our rescheduling policy. 

  • Please notify us as early as possible.
  • Due to catering and facility rental agreements, in most cases we are unable to process reschedule requests less 14 days in advance.
  • We are unable to process a refund in the future if you reschedule your initial retreat date.
